Funding Instructions
Please select one of the following options to fund your futures account:
1. Bank Wire — Preferred Option
Bank wires are considered cleared funds and allow you to begin trading as soon as the funds are posted into your account. When wiring funds please contact your broker for the current FCM's wiring instructions.
2. Checks
If you are funding your account by a personal/corporate check, please make the check payable to the appropriate FCM/Forex Dealing Firm. Mail your check to your broker at Beverly Hills Capital, Attn: Gene Shu, 9615 Brighton Way, Suite #426, Beverly Hills, CA 90210, and also include your FCM/FDM account number on the “Memo” line. Please do NOT mail your check directly to the FCM or FDM's bank.
For your protection and ours, you may be restricted from trading until confirmed funds have been received by the FCM/FDM's bank. In some cases, it may take as long as 10 days for the FCM/FDM's bank to confirm the funds on checks drawn. Please use wire transfer method for funding amount of $25,000 or greater.
3. Funds Transfer
You may fund your account by transferring funds to the appropriate FCM from an investment or brokerage account of another firm. Funds transferred from another brokerage account are considered cleared funds. To transfer funds, simply complete and sign the one-page Account Transfer Authorization Form (contained in the application booklet), and return it to us. We will take care of the rest
Please note: Regardless of the funding method you choose, the originator of the funds must always match the name listed as the account holder. No Third Party wire transfer/check accepted.
