Steps to open your futures, Forex, and/or Precious Metals account:
- Contact your BH Capital representative or complete and submit your contact information below to receive the appropriate application forms.
- When received... print, review, and complete the account documentation (use the print function in Acrobat Reader, not on your browser). Please ensure you sign and date all appropriate pages on all applications and forms.
- Fax or mail your documents to your BH Capital representative. You may also return by scanning and emailing if prefer. Please be advised that upon receipt and review of your forms, BH Capital may require additional information or documentation depending on the type of account you wish to open.

Important Notes: For further information on the regulatory Anti-Money Laundering Requirements, please click here (PDF). Pursuant to the USA Patriot Act money laundering rules, FCMs can no longer accept money orders or travelers checks.
It is possible that the country in which you are a resident prohibits us from opening and maintaining an account for you. If you are in any doubt, please contact your BH Capital Account Representative.
You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader to view the application documents. Use the print function in Acrobat Reader to print the documents, not the browser print button.
